  It was raining hard, it was cold, it was gloomy. I was not feeling well yet I went to return a regular blouse that goes up as high as my solar plexus after wearing it on for a few minutes. It cost 19.99 euros. At the counter, I thought of getting 1 cent for the cashier to just give me 20 euros but with my umbrella and coat on one hand, textbook and notebook on the other, a heavy bag on my shoulder, and having a heavy head, I decided not to check whether I have 1 cent or not. And I guessed it right, the male cashier did ask if I had 1 cent. I hesitated for a second or two with my hands full. But since he asked, I responded and took my wallet. When I opened my wallet and after all that trouble of putting my umbrella and shawl on the counter, he immediately said, “Never mind.” His response? Getting the lose coins from the tray in an angry fashion and closing it hard, and saying thank you in a not so nice manner. He must have a very bad day or he does not like his job, but I hope after doing that to me, his day got better. But I was really shocked. It seems that I have to live in a bigger city to get the best service and the most professional staff. I have been shopping at H&M Singapore for almost 5 years and H&M Pontevedra for a year now and have always been happy with the warmth and the friendliness of the staff but not this time. Yesterday was a “changer” of that perception.

  Cómo en todas las cadenas, pocos empleados que corren de un lado a otro para poder atender. Cola en las cajas. Una vergüenza. Las empleadas maravillosas. Espero estén cobrando 2000€ al mes

  La tienda está bien y el personal es amable pero me da la impresión de que la ropa buena queda en Vigo y la cutre para aquí.
